If you have ever been in our Cathedral office in Elgin, then you know we have two well established pots of green leaved plants. They don’t look as though they should be anything other than big pots of long thin green leaves. But, as we work our way through  January, one of these plants put out a flower. Just when the January grind was starting to take its toll, a flower appears to brighten our January days.
